Loan Officers

As a Loan Officer it is imperative to be able to “open the door” for our entire company.  “Opening the Door,” means creating an interest and rapport with a prospective client through a conversation, meeting or interaction in a manner, which culminates in a loan transaction.  It is the most important step in the telemarketing process.  It is a critical element that will greatly affect the growth of our company.  If we cannot open the door then we can never close a loan.

It is the first step of the process that will fuel our success.  We pride ourselves on the relationship and service that we can provide for our clients.  Communication skills are very important, as is the rapport that you built with the people that you will talk to and service.  Ultimately, it is the creation of a long-term relationship with each client that we want to accomplish.  We want to be able to make them feel secure that we are the ones that will protect their futures.  Their Future is Our Future.

We don’t want to help them with just the purchase of their initial homes or refinance; we want to be there for them when they need to take out a second mortgage to finance their kids college tuition, or be their for their retirement planning, or simply be there to answer any concerns that they may be contemplating.

We Want To Build A Long Lasting Relationship!  We want to be the answer to all their financial needs!  Life is about constantly breaking through and entering new horizons; we want to be there to hold their hands and support them through these inevitable changes that occur throughout ones life.
